How quickly time passes

If someone had asked me how I imagined the last day of my internship, I'm sure it wouldn't have been like this. I'm sitting at home and not in beautiful Hamburg, I can't say thank you with a home-made cake for the last months and I can't say goodbye properly to my animal and human Griffel-colleagues.

Don't get me wrong, there are far worse consequences of the coronavirus, but I have to admit that this kind of farewell makes me very sad.

The last few months were the first "real" job experience for me and probably the most instructive six months of my life so far. What I enjoyed the most? Every day was different, every one of them had new things in store for me. When I had a problem, the team was always ready to help and during the lunch breaks we discussed the important and the less important topics of life. I will definitely miss that a lot.

If Corona would still be just a beer brand for most people, I would go back to the Thuringian Forest in a few days and continue my studies, but now I will probably stay at home and enjoy a few days off. Huge Thank you to the best colleagues, the most playful dogs and the most beautiful city in the world <3
